Ming Yeh
Ming Yeh is the founder of Upshot Ventures and launched CSC Upshot in 2015 to support founders and operator angels in building high-growth, innovative tech companies. With over 20 years in venture capital and a decade of technical and operational experience, she brings deep expertise to early-stage investing.
Previously, she led SVB Capital’s Asia practice, expanding its footprint in China and Hong Kong, and co-founded PacRim Venture Partners in Menlo Park to connect Asian capital with U.S. innovation. Ming began her career as an engineer at Sun Microsystems, earning three patents, and later worked in investment banking at Lehman Brothers.
She currently serves on the board of AAMA and is part of the Wellesley College Business Leadership Council. Ming holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from USC, and a B.A. in Physics from Wellesley College.

Tricia Timm
Tricia Montalvo Timm is a first-generation Latina, tech executive, and investor who helped lead Looker’s $2.6 billion acquisition by Google. One of the few Latinas to reach the C-suite, serve on corporate boards, and break into venture capital, she has advised both major public companies and early-stage startups throughout her career.
Tricia currently serves on the board of Salsify and is an angel investor and limited partner in several venture funds. Most recently, she was General Counsel and Executive Sponsor of DEI at Looker, where she led legal, privacy, equity, and the antitrust regulatory process during the Google acquisition.
