How to Apply
Applications must be completed in order to be evaluated.
Remember to review the CSU’s General Admission Requirements and CSUMB's MSW Program-specific admission requirements.
For questions related to the application software, please contact the Cal State Apply Applicant Help Center.
1. Go to Cal State Apply (Graduate Program)
2. Select Fall 2025.
3. Create a Cal State Apply account.
4. Complete your profile.
5. Select ONE CSUMB Program to apply for.
6. Complete the Application: Personal Information, Academic History, Supporting Information, and Program Materials.
