Admission requirements
Regardless of the program pathway, applicants must meet the following requirements to be admitted to the CSUMB RN to BSN or ADN to BSN program.
GPA
- Overall GPA ≥ 2.75
- Prerequisites GPA ≥ 2.75
- Nursing Program GPA ≥ 3.0
Nursing Program Prerequisites
- Human Anatomy with lab
- Human Physiology with lab
- Microbiology with lab
- Chemistry with/without lab (general, inorganic or integrated )
- Statistics
- Critical Thinking course
- English 1A or equivalent (written communication)
- Oral Communication
- Valid California RN License, or will earn a California RN license prior to last semester in the program.
