Getting Started with Research at CSUMB

Graduate students at Cal State Monterey Bay can get involved with research in several ways, including: 

  • Working with a professor on one of their existing research projects
  • Proposing a research topic to a professor in an area you’re passionate about
  • Creating a research opportunity by expanding on an assignment
  • Developing a research project as part of an internship
