The Environmental Science, Technology and Policy capstones are meant to assess and allow students to demonstrate what skills and knowledge they have obtained through their studies in the major. The Capstone options in ESTP are designed to prepare students for their continued studies and a career in the environmental science field. The majority of environmental science students complete their capstone by taking the group capstone course

Keep in mind that different capstone courses are offered during the fall and spring semesters. The best way to decide what capstone options are right for you is to create, and frequently update, a learning plan with your advisor. This will help you complete all the correct prerequisites for the capstone that will be most beneficial to you.
