Doug Smith PhD
Doug is semi-retired. His research spans tectonics, geomorphology, and hydrology. Most recently, he has published a series of articles evaluating the impacts of dam removal on the Carmel River, and the influence of post-fire debris flows on spawning habitat of the Carmel River steelhead.
