Dr. Amir Attia bridges academia and the professional design world as an educator, graphic designer, and photographer. His career trajectory is marked by significant roles across the globe, including those of educator, art director, senior graphic designer, and UI designer. These roles have enabled him to make substantial contributions to both academia and industry in the United States and internationally.

Dr. Attia’s teaching pedagogy is characterized by an interdisciplinary methodology and a commitment to user-centered design and innovation. Dr. Attia places a high value on the development of design solutions that are not only aesthetically appealing but also communicate effectively. This is underpinned by a rigorous process of ideation that embraces diverse perspectives and strategies.
