New!Coming Soon - Faculty Innovation and Success Hub (FiSH): A Strategic Integration of Faculty Support Services
This hub presents a strategic realignment of four key academic support units' coordinative efforts—the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment (TLA), the Center for Academic Technologies (CAT), the Sponsored Programs Office (SPO), and Academic Personnel (HR)—to create the Faculty Success Hub. This initiative directly supports our university's strategic plan by optimizing institutional resources while enhancing faculty development across teaching excellence, scholarly productivity, and leadership capacity. Through intentional integration of services, the Faculty Success Hub will strengthen our commitment to faculty recruitment and retention, elevate our institutional research profile, and ultimately advance student success outcomes through improved instructional quality and faculty engagement.
