Extensions will not be available for students currently living in Promontory A in order to prepare for summer housing.

  • We encourage you to communicate with your supporters about the upcoming summer months to proactively plan for move out on May 18, 2025. If you need additional resources or assistance, you can find resource information through CSUMB Basic Needs. There are financial resources available through Basic Needs as well and these can be found on the COVID-19: Campus and Community Resource List.

  • Our transition to summer housing will occur from July 25 - July 28, 2025. A daily rate will apply from the end of the Summer session until the Fall license period begins. All summer residents need to plan to be available during this weekend in order to transition to fall housing. Inability to move during this weekend may result in additional fees due to delay in work, and double occupancy of spaces.
