New Employee Information

Please follow the steps below to complete your new hire documents.

    Onboarding
     
    Once Corporation Human Resources receives all necessary documentation from the supervisor, we are ready to onboard you. 
     
    Please follow the steps below to complete the new hire process.  Please note, you may not start work until the paperwork has been received by our office, background check results have cleared, and I-9 has been authorized. 
     
    Step 1 - Complete Required Documents and Policy Acknowledgements in GoCo (secure link will be emailed to you before your first day of employment)
    Step 2 - Complete background check (through Accurate Background) (if applicable)

    Step 3 - Complete your Electronic I-9

    Step 4 - Schedule New Hire Meeting (via Sign Up Genius link)

    In-person meetings (15-30 minutes) to begin 9/1/2021. Human Resources will perform new hire meetings in accordance with Covid guidelines for Monterey County, the State of California, CSU, and the Department of Homeland Security. 

    Step 5 - Submit Proof of Vaccination Status (upon the first day of in-person work on secure Otter Vaccination Registry Link)

    Step 6 - Register your ADP account for time & attendance. (instructions will be provided from Corporation HR once onboarding is completed and ESF has been approved)

    Step 7 - Complete compliance training within 60 days of employment (in Sum Total)
