UROC helps community college students get into research
It's no secret that UROC is all about engaging students in authentic research experiences. UROC's Outreach Coordinator, along with UROC Researcher, Alixandra Rachman, were at Hartnell Community College last week to help new researchers with their abstracts and poster presentations. The afternoon included a mock poster session and workshops on abstract and poster design. The workshop was part of a partnership between CSUMB, Hartnell, and UC Santa Cruz.
