Summer at CSUMB

Registration procedures

  • Note: After the payment deadline, continuing students cannot add/drop classes in OASIS until the first day of class. Please review Important Dates.

    Please follow the same registration process as you would for Fall or Spring terms.

    Step 1 - Add or drop classes in your OASIS Student Dashboard

    Step 2 - Make your Payment in OASIS - before the Payment Deadline to avoid disenrollment for non-payment

    After Priority Add/Drop Period

    OASIS online add/drops is locked after the Priority Add/Drop Period. Continuing CSUMB students who wish to make changes to their schedule may:

  • Step 1 - Select your Class(es)

    • Look at the class schedule & select the classes you want.
    • If the class has a pre-requisite and/or requires instructor consent: Obtain written consent from the course instructor using the EE Registration Form or via email before registration.


    Step 2 - Register and Make Payment

    Download EE Registration Form

    Download Credit Card Authorization Form

    • Submit your completed registration form and payment (check or Credit Card Authorization form) to the Extended Education office
      • Email to: extended@csumb.edu
      • Fax to: 831-582-5376


    • Please allow 2-3 business days for your registration to process. You will receive an email notification that your registration was processed including instructions for logging into your student dashboard.
    • Do not email or fax credit card information and social security number. Leave blank and we will call you for that information.

    The following procedures apply to Summer Session only.

    • To late add: Complete the Extended Education Late Add
    • To withdrawal: Complete the Extended Education Withdrawal Form
      • Obtain required signatures
      • Submit the completed form with appropriate documentation to the College of Extended Education for approval and processing. The final decision will be communicated via email.
