Program Requirements
Selected by a respected committee of faculty and hospitality industry professionals, Pebble Beach Scholars represent the best in academic excellence and leadership potential. Pebble Beach Scholars are expected to meet the following criteria:
- Have a GPA of 3.3 or higher in high school (freshman applicants) or college (transfer students)
- Act as hospitality ambassadors for Cal State Monterey Bay and Pebble Beach Company
- Demonstrate leadership or potential to lead during academic pursuits
- Display enthusiasm for pursuing a career in the hospitality and tourism industry
- Demonstrate commitment to the above criteria.
Application and Interview Steps for the Pebble Beach Scholars Program
The 2024 application is closed. 2024 finalists will be notified by April 15, 2024. Please check back for details on the 2025 application process.
