Japanese Students Take First and Second in Speech Contest
Jonathan Dudrey and Kieran ‘Kai’ Jones participated in the 7th Annual Bay Area Japanese Speech Contest held March 30, 2019 at San Jose City College, and came home winners! Congratulations to Jonathan for his first-place finish and Kai on her second place win. Many thanks and congratulations to faculty member Ms. Tomoko Ogaki for coaching these students to a successful experience.
Dudrey and Jones are students in the Japanese 102 course this semester and noted that they appreciated the opportunity to interact with students of Japanese from many levels.
