Technology Support Services

Technology Support Services (TSS) is the customer-facing technical support for Cal State Monterey Bay. They provide hardware and software support, maintain a physical help desk, and answer the campus technology support telephone line.

Services we support:

  • Customer service via multiple points of customer-facing technical support for the Division of Information Technology
  • Maintenance and support for all desktop, laptop, and lab computers owned by the campus
  • Troubleshooting a wide range of software and hardware issues
  • Service ticket review, assignments, and updates (TeamDynamix)
  • Walk-up technology desk in the library
  • Phone support line (582-HELP)

Solutions we provide:

  • Account log-on issues
  • Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting
  • Hardware and software support, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Interfacing with other areas of the division in order to manage the appropriate technical support expectations
  • Alerting campus of technical support outages and potential service issues
