Hello everyone! I am Stephen Alvarado and I'm currently a 3rd year here at CSUMB studying Collaborative Health and Human Services with a concentration in Social Work. I am originally from California’s central valley and made my move here to CSUMB straight after graduating Lemoore High School in 2022. For the 2024-2025 academic year, I will be serving as your CHSHS Senator and I am looking forward to serving the students of my college! In my role, I work with the ‘Associated Students’ Board of Directors and the Dean of the College of Health Sciences and Human Services to advocate for student success and visibility and to bridge the gap between students and resources/opportunities. As your Academic Senator, it is my duty to provide a voice by advocating for students and supporting students by providing academic and personal development opportunities.
