Weigh Your Waste

In the U.S as much as 40% of all of the food we produce is wasted, much of that waste goes on to take up space in landfills and produce toxic methane which contributes to global warming. Weigh Your Waste volunteers will come out on April 4-6 from 6 to 8 pm in the dining commons to weigh the food waste of students after they eat The Dining Commons uses this information to understand food waste patterns.
