An alternative solution is to purchase a coffee pot machine that brews multiple cups at once without the need for a single-use plastics. Most coffee machines can also be equipped with a metal filter so there is never a moment the office is out of filters. It will also keep the coffee hot for you.

Purchasing kitchen towels instead of paper towels
In order to make management and cleaning simple. Work with the office as a whole to get up a cleaning schedule. That passes around the responsibility of cleaning the towels. That way everyone has ownership in the process.
