These deadlines apply only to the Pre-acceptance phase. The Post-Acceptance phase must be completed by the mandatory Education Abroad pre-departure orientation.
Program Details

- You will live on campus in standard university housing. Bedrooms are single occupancy and you will share a kitchen and bathroom facilities with a mix of international and full-year Roehampton students. You will receive a bedding and kitchen pack with your accommodation, and can also choose to purchase a meal plan.
Description Costs Program Fee* £2,150 - Convert Currency to US Dollars Education Abroad Application Fee (non-refundable) A $70 depository fee must be paid through your OASIS account. Under Finances select "Make a Payment", then select the "Study Abroad Application Deposit". (The $70 fee will be applied towards your Education Abroad Fee when you go abroad). Education Abroad Fee $250 Mandatory Health Insurance Insurance is charged at broker’s cost (approximately $75/16-31 days) Housing £390 - Convert Currency to US Dollars (includes a bedding and kitchen pack) Meal plan (optional) £212 - Convert Currency to US Dollars Round-trip airfare Varies by departure location and date of purchase (ticket is purchased by the student) *Price is subject to change. Additional fees at host university may apply.
**If a student withdraws within 1 month prior to arrival, there is a £250 Administrative Fee due, exceptional circumstances considered.
**If a student withdraws after arrival, they are liable to pay full fees.

About Roehampton's Winter Program
Roehampton is excited to launch a new January term programme from 2020!
You will live in their beautiful campus is south west London and study an exciting 20 credit module with trips around the city. The programme is for two weeks and you can choose it as a stand alone programme or in addition to their Spring semester to earn a total of 80 UK credits.
