Organizational Performance leads and supports improvement efforts that strengthen how our university works across all divisions and departments. Our team provides leadership, vision and both strategic and tactical planning to support campus-wide initiatives that advance operational excellence and continuous improvement..

We collaborate with departments to identify opportunities, align strategic goals and implement solutions that are thoughtful and sustainable. Using tools such as Lean Six Sigma, project management frameworks and research-based change management methods, we help teams streamline workflows, improve services and achieve meaningful results.

Our work is grounded in a commitment to long-term impact. Research from organizations like Prosci shows that projects with effective change management are up to seven times more likely to meet their goals. Learn more about change management success.
