CAHSS Graduation Stories: Nicholas McCullough, Japanese Language and Culture Major
Nicholas McCullough, Japanese Language and Culture major, was recently accepted to a unique one-year language program, Inter University Center for Japanese Language Studies in Japan with two scholarships.
The Center, founded by Stanford University, accepts just 60 students each year from all over the world. The program is intended for students who are planning to embark on careers in an area of Japanese studies or a profession in which fluent Japanese is necessary, aligning with Nicholas' goals to become a translator/interpreter in English and Japanese. Congratulations!
