Your Voyage: How to Participate in Training
Participation in any of these training opportunities is subject to approval by your manager. Completing any of these training programs does not guarantee advancement or increased compensation.
You are the captain of your ship, and your journey will include the following steps:
- Reflect: Assess your interests, strengths, and goals
- Explore: Research your development options
- Discuss: Meet with your manager and HR to discuss opportunities that interest you
- Apply: Complete HR forms and CSU applications
- Request: Get approvals from your manager and CSUMB HR
- Dedicate: Dedicate time to your development opportunities

Is your learning journey a short one? Do you want to make minor improvements to your raft? We have several options, from on-demand content to CSU’s Got Talent Webcasts.
