If you are experiencing issues logging into your account such as not having a Join Handshake link on your dashboard or the student link not working please use the Optimize link on your dashboard/Okta account and submit a ticket.

Directions for submitting a ticket:

Locate the Optimize link in your Dashboard or Okta account > submit an Optimize case (ticket) > Leave the "Service" dropdown blank > include that it is an Okta Issue/OtterJobs(Handshake) > add a description of the issues along with your student name, email and ID."

Before You Get Started

If you are applying to an on-campus job that requests it, complete a Student Assistant Application, save it and immediately upload it as an other document in your OtterJobs account.
