Title IX/DHR Ambassador Program
Each year, near the end of the fall semester, we recruit new members of an important team of student interns who assist the Title IX/DHR office with tasks critical to prevention and response for cases of discrimination and sexual misconduct.
Title IX/DHR Campus Ambassadors carry out important education, prevention, and engagement activates including: bystander intervention, peer support and representing the Title IX/DHR office by tabling at campus events.
Students from all over campus in a variety of majors find that being a Title IX/DHR Campus Ambassador is a reworking experience, and are proud of their contribution to making their campus a safer and more inclusive environment.
To become a Title IX/DHR Campus Ambassador, students must complete four hours of training, consisting of four sessions.
To sign up for this important, highly valuable opportunity to positively impact your campus, please email Amy Gessler.
