The Emergency Management Division works with the extended CSUMB community to coordinate emergency planning, training, response and recovery efforts during earthquakes, wildfires, floods, tsunamis, civil unrest, and other major disasters.
We ensure that everyone is ready to respond and recover from a natural or man-made emergencies and disasters through:
- planning, training and exercise
- public awareness and education
- regional collaboration
- hazard mitigation
- emergency notification
- emergency resources management
- emergency medical support
