The Personal Growth and Counseling Center (PGCC) at Cal State Monterey Bay is home to a caring, inclusive team of mental health professionals who provide accessible support to students. Our interdisciplinary team includes licensed psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and graduate-level trainees — all working together to help students thrive.

Whether you're facing academic stress, relationship challenges, or identity exploration, you'll be welcomed into a space where your experiences are respected and your well-being is our priority.
