Parking Services
Whether you are a visitor, a student, a member of the University Staff, or a resident on the CSUMB campus, the staff at the University Police Department Parking Services Division is committed to ensuring your stay will be both safe and enjoyable.
Please ensure any vehicle parked on campus has a valid parking permit displayed. Parking permits are required 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
Announcements
- FALL 2025 permits are available for purchase now.
- PROMONTORY parking permits will be available on August 15th at 10 AM.
- Student Housing Move-In will take place on August 20th and 21st. Please note that traffic and parking will be impacted on Inter-Garrison Rd, 4th Ave, 6th Ave, 7th Ave, Divarty, and various parking lots.
- Lot 59 will be closed and used for check-in.
- Lots 18, 23, and 508 will be fully closed and will be used for unloading.
- As part of construction preparations for the Edward (Ted) Taylor Science and Engineering Building, Parking Lots 13 and 19 will be permanently closed following Fall Break (November 24–28, 2025). This closure will allow for fencing, mobilization, and site staging activities to begin.
