- CSUMB Data Warehouse Problems/Issues and Business Reporting (OAS) System Outages/Problems (IT)
- Laptop/Desktop Software or Application Problem service request tips:
- Software with issue: list "CSUMB Data Warehouse" for data warehouse problems and "Business Reporting (OAS)" for OAS problems; this will insure the ticket is assigned to the correct IT team
- Description: include information on the dashboard or report posing a problem and include any error messages and screenshots that will help IT troubleshoot the issue
