Building Integrity

July 10, 2023

People with integrity are seen as trustworthy and reliable because they demonstrate a high level of honesty, ethics, and transparency in their actions and interactions with others. They possess a strong sense of right and wrong and strive to do what is morally and ethically correct, even when faced with difficult choices or temptations. Integrity also involves consistency between one's words and deeds, as individuals with integrity are known for keeping their promises and following through on their commitments.

The folks at Indeed detail the qualities of integrity in the article, Integrity in the Workplace: Definition and Examples
