What Comes Next?

In the meeting with your council advisor, you will review information relevant to leadership of an officially recognized student group at CSUMB. Topics in this meeting will include policies and guidelines that govern groups on campus, eligibility requirements required to maintain active status, and procedure for requesting events.

  • Contact your council advisor to set up a meeting
  • Your council advisor will use this New Student Group Checklist as an agenda for the meeting.
  • Before the meeting, familiarize yourself with the content and be prepared to ask any questions you may have.
  • Following this meeting with your council advisor, you will gain access to the new group registration form.
