IT Not Supporting MacOS Big Sur Yet

Please note that IT will not deploy or support the macOS Big Sur (or the M1 hardware that requires it) until we have a compatible version of Sophos and the final testing/certification of Global Protect is completed.
If a user with admin access upgrades their machine to Big Sur, IT will recommend a reimage of the machine to return it to a supported version of macOS.
Personal computers
If you use the Remote Lab Access or Sophos Home Free anti-virus software on your personal computer, we recommend you do not upgrade until those services are compatible with Big Sur.
