IT Project Management Office

The IT Project Management Office (PMO) manages:

1. The campus IT Service Catalog and associated ticketing system;
2. An intake and prioritization process for proposed IT Projects;
3. Project coordination and monitoring for all approved IT Projects to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
