Facilities Management provides comprehensive planning, design, construction, maintenance and repair of University facilities and grounds with over 80 campus buildings and structures on Main Campus and 1,727 acres of campus property.
Facilities Management has scheduled (weather permitting) the repairs of exterior pathways at the Admin Quad (Westside of Bldg. 3) and University Center (patio next to room #101) on Feb 1 - 3, 2023. FMD/A&C Grading will have barriers blocking the areas getting repaired.
Occupants & users of these areas should expect common construction related noises and activities that will include: staging of materials, grinding noises, hammering, drilling, dust, debris, jack hammers, compactors, use of battery, hydraulic & electric powered tools, concrete trucks, work trucks, dump trucks, tractors etc..
ABRAMS ROAD WORK ADVISORY
Facilities Management Department (FMD) has scheduled center line striping of Abrams Road on Saturday, February 4, 2023 and Saturday, February 11, 2023.
Work will be completed during the times of 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
FMD will be coordinating to have flaggers stationed where work is being completed as to not have any road closures during this period.
Users of these areas should expect common construction related noises and activities that will include: staging of materials, grinding noises, hammering, drilling, dust, debris.
All keys should be picked up and returned to the Lock Shop at building 36 Monday-Friday during the business hours of 7am-4pm.
