Facilities Management provides comprehensive planning, design, construction, maintenance and repair of University facilities and grounds with over 80 campus buildings and structures on Main Campus and 1,727 acres of campus property.
During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, each department can pickup their mail & packages Monday thru Friday, 8 - 10 am at Building 35 (Shipping & Receiving). We have suspended deliveries throughout the campus and to Ryan Ranch. Please call 582-3703 before going to Building 35
During the COVID-19 pandemic period, before an employee can return to a campus building to conduct in-person critical business or retrieve items from an office, Vice President approval; Departmental Risk Assessments; COVID-19 hygiene training, supplies, protocol implementation are required.
For NEW key or card access to buildings or offices, an Access Request Form must be completed by the person requesting access. - NOTE: Due to COVID-19 All new access requests must have VP Approval.
