How to manage finals week at home
Finals can be a stressful time for many students. Remembering to meet your basic needs will assist you in achieving your goal.
- (1) Eat - Keep your body and mind fueled especially if you are hungry or lacking energy.
- (2) Sleep/Rest - Try to get enough sleep/rest for your body and mind to recharge and meet the tasks at hand.
- (3) Hydrate - Non-caffeinated beverages (such as water) help keep your biological processes flowing and reduce strain on the body.
- (4) Reduce stress as much as possible - Utilize breathing and stress reduction techniques to lessen strain on your body and refresh your mind.
