Eligibility for Program Enrollment
- U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Undocumented
- G.P.A of a 2.5 or above
- Income Eligible and/or First-generation college bound student
Note: We at Upward Bound believe every student is capable of accomplishing their academic and personal pursuits. If you are highly interested in joining our program but might not meet criteria, we encourage you to apply regardless. We review applications through a critical and holistic approach.
What you need to apply successfully
In order to apply to CSU, Monterey Bay's Upward Bound program you must have:
- Upward Bound's Income Verification Form
- Applicant's academic transcripts.
- A scan of these documents for upload
Once the eligibility application is completed we will review and contact the applicant for the program application. We also have our application available online. If this is most accessible for you, please click the link below and an Upward Bound staff member shall contact you shortly.
