Update your contact information
It's important to ensure your personal information (your name, date of birth, gender, or Social Security Number) is accurate and your contact information (permanent address, personal email, and phone number) is up to date.
You can update your preferred name and your contact information online in the OASIS Student Center.
If you choose not to submit the online form, you can submit the Student Personal Information Change form to the Office of the Registrar.
