Citing Your Sources

A variety of styles are available for creating references to cited literature, both in-text references and full citations in the bibliography or list of references at the end of a paper.

Select the style that matches the general discipline:

APA -- social sciences, psychology

MLA -- humanities, arts

Chicago/Turabian -- multidisciplinary

CSE -- science and medicine

Other styles -- anthropology, government publications
