Learning Journey
Take the assessment and complete the reflective activity. Allowing for 15-20 minutes to complete the assessment would be appropriate.
Got time for more? Take the Adaptability Skill Benchmark from Skillsoft. This short quiz will assess and gauge your knowledge of adaptability-related skills. Don’t worry if you get some of the questions wrong. SumTotal will provide you with content to fill in any knowledge gaps. The benchmark should take about 10 minutes.
Complete the courses listed below and download the job aids for future reference. Please allow 45-50 minutes to complete this step of the journey.
Let’s practice what we have learned. Using what you know now, create an action plan for an upcoming change. Completing this activity in 10-15 minutes would be appropriate.
Congratulations on your progress! You assessed your readiness for change, learned valuable skills for adaptability and resilience, and used them to create an action plan.
This part of the journey is meant for you to dedicate time and gain a deeper knowledge of change management and resilience. We provide these resources to you for additional learning. How was the journey? Do you think you have moved the needle? The last step in your journey is to reassess your understanding and the skills you have developed. A best practice is to wait at least two months before re-assessing the new habit or skill.
