Giving and Receiving Feedback

The Employee Development team designed this professional chart to support staff and managers in giving and receiving feedback. Feedback is a valuable tool for growth. Managers play a critical role in performance evaluation and the growth of their employees. Employees also play a critical role in receiving feedback openly and taking accountability for their performance and growth. Working together, both parties are responsible for the success of their position, team, and organization.

This journey will provide tools and techniques for both the manager and employee to give and receive feedback.

The main elements of this journey have been designed to be completed in approximately 2.5 hours. However, additional resources have been provided to extend your learning opportunities.
