CSUMB International Programs serves the university and international community by providing support services to international students, facilitating meaningful outbound Education Abroad experiences, and engaging global partners to accomplish CSUMB's institutional objectives and its global potential.
CSUMB is proud to have valuable partnerships with universities and recruitment services all over the world. CSUMB has different types of relationships from exchange, articulation, recruitment services, and study abroad partnerships.
The International Programs Office strives to enrich opportunities for CSUMB's faculty and staff mobility as part of professional development at partner universities worldwide. The office offers support and guidance for faculty and staff through the process and aids in identifying resources and funding available to support initiatives and research in non-U.S. settings.
CSUMB is a U.S. Department of State approved host for international visiting Professors and Scholars through the J-1 Exchange Visitor Program, which objective is to “increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries by means of educational and cultural exchanges.”
