University Corporation at Monterey Bay is a legally separate nonprofit corporation that supports the mission of the university through grant and contract programs and administering business operations such as dining services, student housing, and the bookstore.

ASR and FSR Notices of Availability
Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus
Crime Statistics Act, the 2020 Annual Security Report (ASR) is now
available for CSUMB and CSUMB
at North Salinas and CSUMB at Cuesta
College . The ASRs contain the current security and
safety-related policy statements, emergency preparedness and evacuation information,
crime prevention and sexual assault prevention information, and drug and
alcohol prevention programming. The respective ASRs also contains statistics of
Clery Act crimes for CSUMB, CSUMB at North Salinas, and CSUMB at Cuesta College
for 2017, 2018, and 2019, as applicable. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the
campus operates on a limited basis, and most university buildings are closed.
The community may call 831-582-3360 and arrange a pick-up time for paper copies
of an ASR from the University Police Department, Mon. – Fri, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
The Annual Fire
Safety Report (FSR) for CSUMB is also available on the web
and through Student Housing & Residential Life (SHRL). The report contains
information regarding fire safety, how to report a fire, community response to
a fire incident, and fire statistics for on-campus student residential
facilities for 2017, 2018, and 2019. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, SHRL is not
open for in-person contact. To request a paper copy of this information, you
can email student_housing@csumb.edu or call 831-582-3378.
