Open Enrollment 2026

CSU Open Enrollment for stateside employees is Monday, Sept. 14, through Friday, Oct. 9, to make changes to your benefits for the 2027 calendar year. During the Open Enrollment period, you can enroll in, change, or cancel your CalPERS health, dental, vision, FlexCash, Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA), Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA) or voluntary benefits plans.

New for 2026 Open Enrollment

For the 2026 Open Enrollment period, stateside employees will complete transactions through the Common Human Resources System (CHRS).

Virtual Campus Benefits Fair

Get more information about benefit plans by registering for the systemwide virtual campus benefits fair held Thursday, Oct. 1, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. PST through Zoom Events. The fair is open to all stateside employees and provides an opportunity to speak directly with benefit plan carriers and your campus HR team. Learn more about your benefit options and get answers to your questions.
