To build camaraderie and celebrate staff, the Staff Council organizes various contests and events throughout the year.
Staff Awards
Staff council is excited to announce CSUMB's first-ever Staff Awards, where we will be recognizing six outstanding individuals for their contributions and dedication to CSUMB. These awards will celebrate the incredible impact of our staff, with most of them including a monetary prize. All employees affiliated with CSUMB (including MPPs) are eligible to nominate individuals for these awards. Please visit our dedicated Staff Awards page for the criteria and how to submit your nomination. Nominations will be accepted January 15 through February 14th.

T-Shirt Design Contest
It's BACK for 2024-25! Staff are encouraged to gather their creative juices and start drafting designs. Our T-Shirt Design Contest will be accepting your designs starting January 6, 2025, so start working on yours now! The winning design gets printed on T-shirts available for purchase.
Proceeds from shirt sales go towards future Staff Council events.

Staff are invited to Makerspace to decompress and bond over shared triumphs and tribulations while creating a variety of crafts.
