Mental Health Support That Puts Students First

The Personal Growth and Counseling Center (PGCC) provides free, confidential mental health services to all CSUMB students. Whether you're navigating academic stress, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or personal concerns, we’re here to help.

Our team of psychologists, social workers, interns, and trainees offer culturally responsive care through short-term individual counseling, group therapy, crisis intervention, and wellness programming.

Students can choose in-person or virtual telemental health sessions—no referral or insurance required.
