Change to authentication
In early 2022, IT will retire the "security question" as a multifactor authentication method for all CSUMB logins due to lacking security.
We encourage you to download and set up the Okta Verify app, a more a secure method for logging into your account.

- Learn how to select an authentication method when you login.
Learn more about multifactor authentication (MFA) or to submit a ticket for assistance with other authentication methods (e.g. security key, SMS and phone call).

- Staff accounts: postponed (to improve services for those using security keys on the MacOS).
- Faculty accounts: postponed (to improve services for those using security keys on the MacOS).
