Compensation
CSUMB is strongly committed to attracting and retaining a highly qualified, diverse workforce. The effectiveness of this recruitment and retention effort is in part dependent on the responsible management of the CSUMB staff compensation and benefit programs in the context of applicable labor markets, which vary based on the type of position. The CSU total compensation and rewards package includes comprehensive benefits and retirement components in addition to base salary and other direct compensation. Effectively managing and marketing the total rewards package is essential to the success of our recruitment and retention efforts.
