- Ceiling fans
- Electric heaters
- Extension cords
- Exposed element heating devices
- Fireworks, explosives, unsafe chemicals
- Halogen or Medusa lamps (any model or style)
- Incense
- Pets (other than fish 10-gallon tank limit)
- Waterbeds
- Weapons
- Toasters (only permitted in units with kitchens and kitchenettes)
- Countertop grills
