Mail and Packages
When you receive your package pick-up email from no-reply@pb.com, please head to the Housing Main office (bldg. 12e) to pick up your package. Housing mailing services are from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
For Residence Halls, and North Quad, you can receive your mail from your mailbox, located on the first floor of the building you reside in. Packages and mail too large for your mailbox can be picked up at the Student Housing & Residential Office front desk in building 12.
Packages should not be sent to a student more than two weeks prior to the start of classes. All packages unclaimed for two weeks will be returned to sender.

Promontory
Promontory packages can be picked up at the Promontory office in building B of Promontory.

Amazon Lockers in the Otter Student Union
Amazon lockers are located on the second floor of the OSU next to the Sea Store and are accessible during the hours of operation for the OSU. Please note facility closures around major holidays, which may overlap with your stated delivery date and the three-day window to pick up your items.
There is no additional cost to use an Amazon Locker, though standard shipping rates apply.
Outgoing Mail and Packages
Outgoing letter mail can be placed in the outgoing mailbox near the students mailbox. If a student has an outgoing package that is larger than letter mail they will need to go to the Post Office or other delivery service.
