Financial Aid Verification

Some students are selected for Financial Aid Verification and may need to submit additional information. Submit only the documents listed on your "To Do List" to prevent any delays in processing your Financial Aid.  To identify which documents are required from you:

  • Log in to csumb.edu. From your Dashboard, click on OASIS
  • In OASIS, navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Student Center
  • Required actions or documents are listed under the "To Do List" on the right hand side

Verification documents can only be submitted in person or via mail. 

Documents are processed in the order received. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing from the date your completed documents are received. During the peak period from March to August, processing can take up to 5 weeks. Check your email often for updates and notification of when financial aid can be accepted or declined.

If you are required to submit a non-filing statement or a tax return transcript, go to irs.gov or call (800) 829-1040.

Important: Please make sure you are selecting the correct aid year below when completing your forms.
