Advancing Academic Excellence and Student Success
Andrew Lawson is Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB), reporting to the President of the University. He directs the Office of Academic Affairs and oversees the five academic colleges, the University Library and our Extended Education programs. Dr. Lawson also oversees academic support and administrative offices.
The Office of the Provost works closely with University leadership to ensure the quality of undergraduate and graduate programs and ensure student success.
